Insane freezes when playing.

Hello,

I loved playing MW3 back in the days, and I tried playing it on plutonium, but DAMN it is UNPLAYABLE ! I had the same issue on the steam version but wth, I have a Ryzen 7 3700x, rtx 2070, 32 gigs of ram and the game freezes every 5 seconds ??
For 4 seconds it functions normally, then for 1 second it freezes and it makes it unplayable. Anyone has the same problem ? I heard it's cause of poor optimisation but dang, isn't there a fix available or sth ? It's unbearable.
