i cant play. The game run in 10 fps

I meet the minimum requirements. I have a Laptop with i5 8th gen (8250u) 8 gb ram and the Intel Graphics 620. Before I had the BO2 installed and he run 70+ fps. I don't why I cant play with the Plutonium version.

@lResxt I already did that and the problem is still there. Another problem is that also when it starts well (apparently that 10fps is a bug) and I try to start a game, it does not enter, that is, it loads until it says "waiting opponents" and it becomes slow and does not enter the game.

DeathSide You tried all the methods? Like literally all of them? Even switching to borderless and fullscreen?
Try updating your GPU drivers maybe idk -
@lResxt already do it all the methods man. I still have the problem bro, i dont know how to fix
(all my drivers are updated). Maybe the pluto version game you put in torrent it not good at all or not compatible with my laptop. Previously I had the game and it was going super well. -
DeathSide there's no difference between the files in the torrent and the steam version, at least none that could impact fps.
