BO2 not launching and doesn't show BO2 files

I made a "games" file in my local disk and downloaded the full game. Then I clicked on setup and saw that the plutonium map doesn't have any files only those 4 empty maps. Any solution?

AS024 that's normal, it only shows folders in the folder selection window. As for the crash upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here.
