I can't play BO2 Zombies, Please Help

Black Ops 2 Zombies wont work for me. Every time I open it, it runs and I can her sound, but all that there is is the bootstrapper which opens in a small window in the upper left hand corner of my screen. I can select the BO2 Zombies in the task bar but that just turns the screen black for a second before going back to the desktop and the game not loading. Please help me. Thank you

r_fullscreen 0; vid_restartinto the bootstrapper cmd window and hit enter.
