nicoj4f you prolly already tried this but just making sure:
- repair your game files https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/
- close any software running in the background (especially stuff with an overlay like msi afterburner and rivatuner)
- exclude the bootstrapper from scanning in your av: https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/ (which av are you using btw?)
Also you're not trying to play pluto in a virtual machine right?
