Not Understanding my Ban

I read the website for the ban and what constitutes banning someone. I have never messed with my games memory besides downloading the DLC through the torrent that is a tutorial on this website. I have also been playing the game for quite a decent amount of time. I decided to download the app about a year or more now and I decided to play more again recently and never cheated or wanted to cheat in this game. I left the normal steam version so I didn't have to deal with the fuckery that is cheaters on that version of the game. Also used to stream plutonium all the time as well and never had an issue. I would just like an explanation or help with what could have lead to this.
