Can't join

My friend tries to join me with the console command (connect .......) but it doesn't do anything. He also can't dubble click on my profile name to join me. When he opens his console he gets this error "Com_TouchMemory: 0 msec. Using sum: 0". Can someone please help?

btw my upnp is enabled so that isn't the problem

That's probably not an error. Detailed console logs and displays a lot of useless stuff. Just ignore that.
As for your friend trying to join you, you have to be inside a match first. And if UPnP still doesn't work for whatever reason, you can always port forward - https://plutonium.pw/docs/custom-games/#if-upnp-is-still-disabled-or-you-cant-connect-despite-it-being-enabled
