problem when entering to play

hi, does anyone know why this happens? I have tried multiplayer and it does not work, with zombies mode and it does not work either, I tried in LAN mode and connected mode, today in the morning it served me perfectly but no longer, besides that the list of servers does not appear and I am always connected to the internet

Spointer1 were you trying to load into a match but took too long where it kicked you to that error msg?

Pistakilla Yes, it was just what happened, I tried multiplayer and the same thing happened too

Spointer1 play the game on an SSD or defrag your hdd. Don't play the game on slow drives.
