The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may resolve the problem.
I already reinstalled it nothing helped.

This file may fix some issues with Plutonium launching and giving errors such as D3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found or MSVCP140.dll was not found
Download Redist-Installer.bat and run it and it should automatically install everything needed.
