How do you play custom bo2 zombies survival maps?

I downloaded the custom survival maps and can't find where to but it so I put the t6r folder right here but I am not sure where it is suppose to go.

@KeizerGhidorah whatever is inside the t6r folder goes into appdata/local/plutonium/storage/t6/
