cant join zombies in bo2

i was playing motd online then my game crashed and the error was about d3llx (i forgot the error) showed on my screen.then closed it and opened the launcher and launched bo2.but when i try to join a server it doesnt go to a loading screen . its just a black screen with treyarch. cant join the servers what should i do?
