They do not load the dlc maps nor the normal ones

What happens is that the map does not load and if it loads it takes a long time to start the map if there is any solution for this the game I have it in ssd

If you already have it in your SSD, only other thing I could think of causing this is your internet. Trash internet/high packet loss can often cause this. Try joining servers closer to you (servers with the lowest ping).
