T4 Online no funciona/T4 Online does not work

The problem with the COD WaW is that both in Multiplayer and in Zombies mode when I join a server, when loading the map or custom, the game stays there and then closes. I can't play or join any online mode on T4.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Does anyone know a solution?

Buenas tardes. El problema que presenta el COD WaW es que tanto en Multijugador como en modo Zombies al unirme a un servidor, al cargar el mapa o custom, el juego se queda ahí y luego se cierra. No puedo jugar a ningún modo online.
Alguno más tiene este problema?

The antivirus comes with the Windows 10 operating system. When I join a server it keeps loading and then the game closes and does not send any error message. Honestly, I don't know what the crash dump is. I hope your understanding and answer. I appreciate your solution. Good night.

El antivirus viene con el sistema operativo Windows 10. Al unirme a un servidor se queda cargando y luego el juego se cierra y no manda ningun mensaje de error. Sinceramente, eso del volcado de emergencia nose que es. Espero su comprension y respuesta. Le agradezco su solucion. Feliz noche.

Also if you didn't already set your game to windowed borderless. World at War is an old game and fullscreen will cause crashes just like on the Steam version.

You should also update your GPU drivers.
You can run this redist installer too just to make sure everything is installed https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat

Also last question which OS are you using? Press Win+R type winver and send a screenshot of the window that appears
