my account was banned for a unreasonable amount of time. this was literally my second time even attempting to use a mod i didnt even use just installed is there any way to get a chance. maybe search my acc to check if i made any other offenses etc can i please just get a second chance i would love to play custom zombies again
life time ban really tho i never got banned or warned once why do other people receive 10 days ban and not me ??

@PortKush this is your second ban that's why it's permanent. The first one was on 03/07/21.
