    help after pressing the Play Button the launcher disappears but the game does not start. I tried the redist and allowed my antivirus but the problem is happens thanks you in advance

      So you ran dxsetup.exe inside the DirectX folder? Also screenshot your exclusion settings.

            Looks good, dunno. Its definitely your AV causing the issue though. Probably not respecting user's exclusions.

            You don't have any other AVs right?

                HannesC tried turning my av off the issue was still there
