Major sound bug

Not sure if this is the place to ask but when I play SP I have a major sound bug. All sounds outside of gunshots made by me, music, and the cutscenes before levels are missing. Occasionally I'll hear some of the foley audio or dialogue but it sounds like it's the one that plays when you're far away. I've looked at every fix online and they all date back to 2009 and none have helped. I'm running on win10 with AMD hardware
