when i press play the game just shows a black screen no audio! either please i just want to play waw zombies my bo2 works but waw doesn't

Try typing r_fullscreen 0; vid_xpos 0; vid_ypos 0; r_noborder 1; vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd window.
