I have the game already installed, but I didn't download DLC of the game
should i download DLC ?

There's nothing in your "main" folder.

kareeim01 do you own the game on steam or did you get it from somewhere else? If you own it on steam verify your game files via steam. If not delete what you have and follow this guide: https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/#installing-the-base-game-modern-warfare-3
You don't need the dlcs for the game to work.
