Can Anti-Cheat detect programs.?

Hello, I just wanted to ask if by chance the Anticheat detects a program that is not something injected, only a program like a CustomCrosshair program that does not affect anything, just a change within the desktop

As long as its not injecting, you're fine. Is that a monitor feature? I have one on my monitor, used it a few times as well. You should be good.
