can't play green run or excavation site 84

when I try to play green run it freezes then says plutonium ran into a problem and needs to be closed. then with excavation site 84 it get to 2 seconds into the intro then the screen goes black soft locking the game forcing a restart is there any fix than reinstalling the game this docs not happen with any other map. also die rise has the exact same problem but it waits for the intro to end to do it
