Dimasus sort the servers by ping and try connecting to different servers with the lowest ping.
If none of them work for you then you probably have a network issue on your side. If that's the case please check that your launcher is up-to-date and also follow the antivirus guide
Make sure to take your time to read all of this carefully and do it properly and if it still doesn't work reply here by mentioning any antivirus or firewall installed on your PC.
Also note that slow internet speed or too high ping could be the cause of this. You should also check that your router doesn't have a strict firewall, speed limitations set on your PC etc.
