Plutonium bo2 zombies not load servers or crashing

Hello, i have installed before plutonium bo2 and worked fine, but accidentally i delete all files from c:\BO2\plutonium and when i tried to install again it started the game but can't go in settings, and online. It says can not connect to servers.

Also i tried to remove all files of plutonium from pc like form %localappdata% and using ccleaner. reinstall again but without success. Idk what should I do please help.

Can you screenshot the error?

Also you mentioned crashing. Does it crash without any errors or with crashdumps? Also uninstall ccleaner, it's trash.

It says UpnP something but Im on LAN internet and on all pcs works fine, only on one It does not work as I said in my first question.
