ADS sensitivity nowhere near 1:1 with hipfire one.

I thought one of the big new features with Plutonium IW5 was the fact ADS sensitivity was the exact same as hipfire sensitivity, but when I was testing if that was the case, I noticed it was quite off, as usual with older CODs. For reference, I'm rocking an fov of 100, sensitivity of around 0.24 and an fovscale of 1.
