    if in case something happens to my pc, does Plutonium save the user's online/campaign progress or you lose everything when you re-isntall the game?

      tomatesous your stats are saved on your pc, in %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/demonware

        so in case i want to change pc, would it work if i copied those files onto the new pc?

          yes you can transfer with a usb drive just put them back in the same place you found them on the new pc
