Issues with setting up mw3

I’m having issues with installing Mw3. I’ve installed all the files including the plutonium launcher, the dlc and the free base game from steam. I’ve followed each and one of the steps the exact way intended. When I go into the plutonium launcher and select a directory and go into the mw3 folder, all the folders are empty, for example the admin one. What can the issue be related to?
the picture above is what is shown when entering the mw3 folder through the select dir via plutonium and the picture below is what the folder actually looks like. Are the files hidden or something?

@alminz2 that's normal, it only shows folders.
