I love the plutonium,always played in 2019 2020 but this year when I downloaded the white screen in zombies mode on all maps,would it be some problem in dowload or I have to do something to solve??

Could also be caused when you don't have any sound device connected (headphones/speakers). If you do have one connected, make sure windows recognizes it and is set as the default sound device.

Dunno, it's a known bug. Won't be fixed anytime soon tho since it's on a pretty low priority.
