Plutonium MW3 crashing after changing settings, Please help!

I am new to Plutonium MW3, I just installed it and the dlcs. But however when I try to change my in-game settings, the game just crashes with this on screen:

I can't press anything on that monitor when it crashes. If anyone knows the fix to this problem then please help me.

IRipp3Rr Is your game in fullscreen? Maybe try switching to windowed borderless in the config file while your game is closed
Find seta r_displayMode and replace the value with windowed (no border)
