Game crashes at random while playing private matches

Been playing private matches with the "Bot Warfare" mod. After playing a certain number of matches (The number is random every time) the game freezes when I return to the private match screen and the game crashes. I get an error message saying "Oops! Plutonium ran into a problem." The message instantly closes before I am able to read the entire thing.

InvaderNoch This is caused by the summary screen. Do NOT interact with the summary screen but instead press escape. Your game will not crash. This will be fixed in a future update.

yeah i have had this issue too since plutonium released and this still happens to this day hoping fix finally will come later this year

yep my game still crashes even though i pressed esc on the summary screen each time
