Hi there, you see I just installed the plutonium.exe app and when I open it I get this: https://gyazo.com/4dcea25e20b1354cc94e9f572037ecc4

The link opens a picture of my error. I installed vcruntime x64 and DirectX but still no luck. Please do help as I really want to play the game!

      Try https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/
      and https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus
      and https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat

If it doesn't work then you probably have a software with an overlay on running that crashes the game or you're in a virtual machine which isn't supported or you're using ReShade so uninstall it or one of your plugged in devices is crashing the game (VR headset, controller, another monitor etc.)

If even when you do this it still doesn't work (take your time to do it all and correctly) you still have the same error then answer with a message mentioning

      • Which antivirus you're using
      • A screenshot of your game files
      • A screenshot of your path in the launcher (click on Game settings)
      • The crashdump created in %localapdata%\Plutonium\crashdumps (upload it on Google Drive or a similar website and include the link on your message)

You'll probably also find answers on the forum like this one https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/16505/error-code-0xc0000005
(what Dss0 said and the last message from the OP saying how he fixed it)

@lResxt Could it also be my capture card? And also I am using Windows Defender, I disabled it but still no luck; and in the Plutonium folder there isn't a crashdump folder

Launch cmd as admin and run this command - dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Restart PC once its done. Make sure your game files are from Steam/our website. Also if you have Avermedia software, remove it.
