You might have to start DS4Windows manually or something -
I also had that problem, I had to click on the profile drop down in the DS4 menu and click on "default" then I was able to get it to work.

Vulcain Pod Yea that's what worked for me. You might just have to uninstall and redownload ds4 again.

@lResxt hello thanks for your answer, I followed the tutorial but the controller still does not work, it works on all games except on bo2... I don't know what to do...

Same happens for me. Got everything installed, ds4windows with all the recommended settings and still doesn't work. It started working perfectly but suddenly the movement of my bo2 player stopped and hasn't worked since then. Someone help plz
