there used to be a bunch of them but i cant find them anymore. does anyone know what happened to them?

@bugyourparents3 The servers are hosted by the community, this means that Plutonium has no relation to the servers.
If someone wants to host servers in his country, he is free to do so at his own cost.
You can host your own server, you can find all the info you need to setup a server on plutonium website
