juanjo_sk8 which output device is set in discord and which one in the game options? needs to be the same.
Could also try disabling "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" which could help if some other software on your pc is taking exclusive control of the speakers for some reason.
System -> Sound -> Device properties below your output device -> Additional device properties -> advanced
