Unanderstood banishment

Dear developers/admins,
I am new on Plutonium. I have joined this awesome community for a week almost and it is just great! However, few minutes ago I got a message telling me I was banned for cheating. Here is my problem I just did nothing (at least on purpose). I was just playing the game with no other app running or even trying injection (don't know how to do since I never tried to cheat) or whatsoever. I don't have any mods as I am playing vanilla.
I am therefore contacting you to understand. I know the anticheat policy and I can just wait for my bannishment to end but if it happens again I won't be able to play and I really don't want this to happen. Please help me to understand what happened so that I can fix it.
