random unplayable frame drops

i have tried literally everything that the forum recommends for fixing frame drops but nothing works, i played the game around august 2021 and had no issues but i logged on a few days ago and this happened. i uninstalled and reinstalled the game tried everything nothing works

monkeypoopsex pc specs? Also try capping your fps.

Dss0 i have an i7-9700k a 2060 16gb 3200mhz cl16 ram 512gb dramless ssd 600w psu noctua cooler, i also tried capping my fps that didn't work either

monkeypoopsex which software is running in the background? Which antivirus are you using?

Dss0 not using any antivirus and i have windows defender but i tried turning it off too

this is my usage with task manager on 9 fps, the only other issue i had this in was cod vanguard but thats a whole different launcher and game so idk what this is
