[Question] Create a class missing?

So I loaded this up and its working all fine, except in multiplayer the create a class tab is - non-existent. The tabs in the multiplayer list that are visible are: Ranked, Server browser, Custom games, Theater, Barracks and Options. what steps would I need to take to fix this issue?
