plutonium iw5 is continuously lagging.

My Problem is the plutonium iw5 is lagging during playing game some issue but i don't know what the mane issue my internet is too fast but during play game the internet connection is very poor. please help me.
pc specification
core 2 quad 3.00ghz
ram 6gb
nvidia geforce gt 730 1gb
windows 10 version 1809 -
depending on your region where the internet will lag
in na zone the ping will be 200 if you connect to asia servers
like that if u join your zone server the ping will be low
ping=internet speed
