JOINING GAME SESSION ERROR

me and my friend are having a lan trying to play this but whenever we try to join eachother it says joining game session then it disappears we both have upnp enabled but our status said in a private match?

iky are you on the same network? If not try forwarding port 4976 udp via your router's web interface. If yes try using the other pc's lan ip to connect via the console.
