Hi, I'm new here, I bought the game this morning, there was nobody on the Steam servers so I searched the internet and I came across this game. I played for about 1h30 and during one of the infected mods I got banned for 350 000 days! So I would not live long enough to play again, so an explanation please and a deban ?

You injected after a minute or two launching the game, which got you banned. First ban isn't permanent though, so its probably your 2nd offense. You cannot appeal your ban - https://plutonium.pw/docs/anticheat/#plutonium-cheat-policy.
I got banned for 350 000 days! So I would not live long enough to play again
