No Sound Thru Monitor or Headset

I'm not sure what to do. I've read the previous threads and followed thru with others suggestions but, still I have no sound. I've even went as far as deleting/uninstalling plutonium and files then redownloading/installing them. Help? - Thanks in advance

Make sure the correct audio device is selected ingame in the sound options..

Reinstalled DirectX and it fixed the problem, thanks for the quick response!
