Getting stuck in zombies

Whenever i play zombies i find myself getting stuck on invisible ledges or areas that should not stop me from moving im not sure what the issue is but it is getting aggravating because i am dying to zombies because the games movement is not functioning properly if anyone knows a fix please let me know

How much FPS are you getting? Try capping your FPS to anything lower than 200 with the
com_maxfpsdvar through the console.
