Game stuck on black screen

I had reinstalled the game because it was giving me an error. I done this by deleting the install folder (downloaded through torrent) and then reinstalling it through the torrent. Now, the game opens up to a black screen and does nothing, any fixes?

HannesC It does not work, and checking task manager, it says the application just is not responding and is not reacting to the commands (always 10% cpu and 223.7 MB RAM)

I recovered an old installation from my server (which used to work as well) but even after repairing by following the repair guide, it gives the same error of "0xC0000005"
