Which mod are you trying to run?
Does it work without the mod? If yes, well you already know what is causing the problem. -
I'm using Hells Vengeance. Without using the mod it works.

Is there a way you can stop it from crashing while running this mod?

SamuraiNuna probably just bad code in it that causes it to crash. If you're familiar with GSC, you can probably edit the file and get it to be more stable
