Error 0xC0000005 when trying to open game from launcher

Whenever I try to open BO2 from the launcher it goes full screen but then an error noise happens and closes BO2 before it even has a chance to load in.
In the crash logs the codes for the errors are this:
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x20A3A1FELet it be known that if I open up the game in LAN mode, it opens just fine with no issues.

I wouldn't even mind a "we have no idea" just like, any kind of closure.
