Sensitivity Irregularities

Im not sure if anybody else is having this issue but when my sesitivity is spiking. what i mean by this is that im turning and its like my sensitivity keeps swapping back and forth from what i have it set to, to something way higher. anybody have any idea how to fix this?

drop your mouse hz .. when its up to 1000hz your sensi get nuts
