Resolution will not change

I've tried in the bootstrapper to type the commands to change the resolution to 1920x1080 as well as in the cfg file. it seems to be automatically rewritten back to 600x800. I also tried deleting the cfg file to let it recreate itself and it just goes to 600x800 again.
