No 1920x1080 Support???

I'm unable to get 1920x1080 or above 60fps... seen this question asked on here loads with no real solution provided. Please help!?

YahooVEVO why are you unable to set res to 1080p? Is it not available in the menu? For low fps: https://plutonium.pw/docs/low-fps/#low-fps

YahooVEVO It is supported, I even play in 2560×1440.
Try to switch between fullscreen and windowed borderless and also try this

Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
Edit this command to match your monitor resolution r_mode "1920x1080"; vid_restart and paste it in the command prompt (right click) then press Enter

Resxt I have tried almost every solution available on the forums here, using the console commands, changing my plutonium_mp.cfg, even as far as making sure my monitors aspect ratio was set correctly and no matter what I try I can't get a resolution higher than 1680x1050, nor above 60fps.
