Black Screen After Ending Zombies Game

After dying on Origins, it goes to a black screen. Here, I'd anticipate waiting for the map selector screen but it stays on a black screen. I've tried r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart and neither of those work. What's the solution?

Try to use disconnect or to remove any mods you installed.
