Stim Heal Plugin for MW3 Server

Hey im hosting an EU TDM Server right now and everything works like a charm, but im curious if theres a method to add stim to the game to heal yourself as we see in the new cods. I think its nice, because you can do bigger plays.
Is someone able to create such a plugin or is there already one existing?
