controller and MKB support

So as this is one of my favorite CODs of all time, and I originally played it on PS3, I'd like to be able to play with a controller, PS4 specifically. I have a controller working, but the movement and look speed is god awful and basically unusable. I've tried increasing the mouse movement speed, but it doesn't affect the controller look movement at all. So the first question is, is there any way to increase the look speed for controller that I may be missing, or possibly a command in the console to increase look speed?
Secondly, since I still want to play regardless of whether I can get the controller to work the way I like, I have currently resolved to use KBM for the time being or permanently if I have to. The problem I am having here, is I see no way of setting ADS to only ADS when holding down the right mouse button, as opposed to how it is default set to press once to ADS, then press again to release ADS. Is there some way to set it so ADS only ADSs when holding the mouse button, or is WAW just too old to have that work?

Go to console and write: input_viewsensitivity x
Replace x with a number between 1 and 5 (also allows rationals: 1.5, 2.75, 3.4 etc)Mind you the controller support for this game is awful, even with the command above you'll struggle to aim and the game doesn't have aim assist, I think you're better off playing this one with M/KB.
