BO2 in-game refresh rate changer in fullscreen mode request

I have mx130 as a second GPU on my laptop, there are no refresh rate settings in the Nvidia panel no way to change the Hz of a game unless it's inside settings as in BO3. I am using an external monitor that supports 120Hz using HDMI my refresh rate is stuck on 30 Hz if I am playing black ops 2 in fullscreen mode I read in the form about MW3 that there is a way to set Hz inside game seta r_displayRefresh "144 Hz"
is there any possible way to change my refresh rate inside BO2 in fullscreen mode? it has been 9 months and didn't figure out any solution. help!
